Parties in Work Relationship: Platform - Service Provider

Onboarding (Training): App Training, Soft Skill Training, Domain Skill Training

Task Assignment: Algorithm

Rejection of Task: Task rejection/cancellation is allowed in emergency cases, for example if the worker meets with an accident and is unable to do the task. Urban Company does not have a penalty system in place at a task/metric level but consistently if the arrangement with the service professional is not working out, they terminate them from the platform.

Payout Structure: Twice a week

Bonus/Incentive Structure: No bonus/reward structure in place.

Social Security/Benefits: Medical Insurance + On-job accident insurance. In addition, Urban Company helps service professionals procure tools/inventory at discounted rates.
