Rejection of Task: Can both reject a ride, and cancel the ride once the worker has accepted it but both actions adversely impact the allocation score for a future ride on Ola Cabs.

Bonus/Incentive Structure: Multiple models are used: could be linked to achieving a total revenue target. Could be linked to achieving a total trip count within a period of time. Could be a combination of the two.
